Citrus Salad Dressing

This dressing is from our Brown Rice Salad recipe. However, it can be paired with any salad.

Serves 6
Serving Size: 2 tablespoons
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Juice from 3 limes or lemons
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine juice, olive oil and salt and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk to combine.
  2. Serve immediately with your favorite salad or chill until serving.
