A healthier take on a beloved classic, these Air Fried Oysters give you all the crunch of their deep-fried counterparts but with a fraction of the calories and fat. Served as an appetizer, on top of a fresh salad, or as an oyster burger, these oysters make weeknight cooking a breeze. Looking for more flavor? Add various seasonings to your flour mixture, such as chili powder, lemon pepper, cayenne pepper, or curry powder.

Ingredients
- 1 pound raw, shucked oysters
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs
- 4 cups salad with dressing of choice
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 380℉.
- Add flour, kosher salt, and black pepper to a small bowl. Stir to combine.
- Add egg to another small bowl.
- Add panko breadcrumbs to another small bowl.
- Dredge each oyster on both sides in flour, then egg, and finally panko breadcrumbs. Set aside.
- Repeat until all oysters are completely coated.
- Add coated oysters to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook on one side for 3-4 minutes. Flip oysters and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145℉.
- Cook in batches until all are done.
- Serve on top of a salad or as Oyster Burgers.
