Green tea is an excellent source of antioxidants. The ginger adds a refreshing twist to the usual green tea. 

Ingredients

  • 2½ cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 bags of green tea

Directions

  1. Heat 2½ cups of water in a pan.
  2. As it begins to boil add the grated ginger.
  3. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and add tea bags.
  5. Let them steep for 2 minutes, then strain and serve.
