Ingredients:
- 2 slices of whole-wheat bread
- ½ avocado, sliced thin
- Pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Directions:
- Toast the bread in the oven with the broiler for about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- Top each slice with half of the avocado sliced thin. This makes an open face sandwich.
- Add a pinch of salt and drizzle the olive oil over both pieces.
