Ingredients
- 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 2 bell peppers, any color, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- ¼ cup mint, chopped
- 10 black olives, sliced
- 10 green olives, sliced
- ½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
- Mix the tomatoes, peppers, olive oil, lime juices, and mint in a large bowl.
- Place on a large platter or in a serving bowl.
- Top with olives and Feta cheese.
